During my five-day stay at Shangri-La Bangkok, I was met with a mixed experience. The location and view of the river were lovely, and the staff were generally attentive. However, I was disappointed by my accommodation in the Krungthep Wing, which felt like a sub-standard annex with limited amenities and a far walk to the main hotel. Overall, I would rate my stay as decent but not without its frustrations.

I had a fantastic time at the Shangri-La Bangkok! The hotel is beautifully designed with polished floors and stunning decor. My room, with a view of the Krungthep River, was a lovely oasis from the bustling city. While the check-in process could use improvement, the overall service and attention from the staff were great.
